Performances in Italy and Spain , Master Classes for violin, viola, chamber music, orchestra sectionals, orchestra rehearsal, concerts. Repertoire consists of traditional and novelty masterworks from baroque to jazz to contemporary composers. Activities include Italian language and culture courses, workshops, chamber music and orchestral concerts, with Festival and guest conductors, guest artists and faculty from 14 countries (Europe, Asia, North, South and Central America). Orvieto Strings Festival offers residencies to noteworthy composers to garner appreciation for contemporary music.
